In US dollars. US-based referrers submit a W-9 before their first payout.

Do I need to be a Mate&Work client to refer?
Anyone 18 or older can join, client or not, including coaches, consultants, creators, accountants and agencies. Every referrer starts with a short call.
How much do I earn per referral?
$500 when the business hires full-time, $250 for a part-time role at 20 hours a week and $100 for a Virtual Assistant plan.
What counts as a successful referral?
A new business that uses your code, starts a role or Virtual Assistant plan and completes 60 days of service. Your reward goes out within 10 business days.
What does the business I refer get?
Bilingual talent from Latin America for up to 75% less than a US hire, working US hours. Dedicated roles also skip the $75 search deposit.
How does the business use my code?
Your share link applies it automatically, or they type it at checkout when they start their search or choose a Virtual Assistant plan.
How do I know where my referral stands?
We email you at each stage: code used, business hired, 60 days reached and reward sent. Your Mate&Work contact can update you any time.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. Referrals are unlimited, and every business that hires earns you another reward. Your link stays active for as long as you are in the program.
I create content or refer often. Is there a partner option?
Yes. Creators, accountants, advisors and agencies get partner terms in their own agreement. Mention it when you book and we cover them on the call.
