Within 10 business days after the business completes 60 days of active service with its professional.

What counts as a successful referral?
A new business that uses your code, hires a dedicated professional and completes 60 days of service. Your $500 goes out within 10 business days.
What does the business I refer get?
Bilingual talent from Latin America for up to 75% less than a US hire, working US hours. Their first week is on us and the $75 deposit is waived.
How does the business use my code?
Your share link applies it automatically, or they type it at checkout when they start their search. Their deposit is waived and first week credited.
How do I know where my referral stands?
We email you at each stage: code used, business hired, 60 days reached and $500 sent. Your Mate&Work contact can update you any time.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. Referrals are unlimited, and every business that hires earns you another $500. Share your link as often as you like.
