I am the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth aging out of foster care. Our mission is to provide them with the tools and resources they need for a successful transition to adulthood.
1. How did you discover our service? I discovered Mate&Work through a friend who had previously benefited from their services and recommended them for support my project.

I am a fitness and food blogger based in St Louis. My goal is to inspire others to have more fun with fitness, dine with delight and find joy & balance in their lives. I also want to support St Louis small business owners through my work. I write a blog, publish a weekly fitness events listing and am active on social media.
1. How did you discover our service?: Mate & Work reached out to me on Instagram at a time when I was feeling pinched by the needs of my business. I’m so glad they did!
2. What has been your favorite aspect of working with us?: I love that they made it easy for me to get help quickly. I didn’t have to go thru a lengthy VA selection process - they did all that for me. I’ve been really pleased with my matches. So far I’ve worked with 2 different VA’s and they both have been qualified, reliable and interested in contributing to my business’ mission. When one VA had to leave, they quickly found me a replacement so I wasn’t left scrambling.

Hi there , I’m a retired registered nurse and more recently a yoga instructor. I’ve always loved science , and am enormously curious about everything human; the body, the mind and the soul. Exercise, being outdoors and practicing awareness are daily rituals, no matter where in the world I find myself.
Pay attention on the go is the creative expression of my passion for humanity. A simple, straightforward medium to share curated scientific knowledge combined with the most basic practice of awareness. So, I still consider myself a yoga instructor, just teach the art and science of yoga, off the mat.
1. How did you discover our service?: I saw the service on IG and I believe I liked or commented and was impressed by the fact someone reached out back to me.
I had heard the concept and indirectly knew of offshore services but I had no idea how I’d go about it.
I’d used Fiverr and Upwork but I just don’t feel comfortable with the level of support I thought I needed.
In fact I think one of the the MOST valuable service I received from M&W was in helping me identify what I needed. This is incalculable the amount of time and money saved!
2. What has been your favorite aspect of working with us?: Super simple, super reliable and always feel supported with ACTUAL HUMANS! Not just emails, text and chats, humans who in talk and respond! That’s HUGE!
3.How has our service impacted your business or personal life?: I would have neither by now had I not found you!
I simply did not have the knowledge nor the bandwidth by myself. It was unsustainable.

I am from São Paulo, studied marketing in one of Brazil’s best universities and have worked in many sectors. I volunteered in an international NGO for the years and have worked in the events sector, investment sector, agencies, magazines and public entities. In most of my working life, my focus has been digital marketing, varying from content creation, data analysis, ad management and much more. Right now I am in the process of moving to Barcelona to do a Masters degree on Art and Culture Management.
1. What attracted you to work with Mate&Work?: Independence to create my own time, develop more knowledge with new people and improve my expertise.
2. What has been your favorite part of being a virtual assistant for our clients?: Meeting new amazing people, learning how to better manage my time and developing work that I am very proud of.
3. How has your work as a virtual assistant impacted your career or personal growth?: I have learned a lot and got better at time management. I have always worked 9-6 jobs which don’t give me as much independence with my time so it’s been interesting to better learn how to manage this independence.
