PRICING AND BILLING

Payments are processed electronically, and enrollment in autopay with your credit/debit card is mandatory. Every Monday, we send a notification along with a bill covering the previous work week. Following each payment, a receipt is dispatched to your designated billing email address. You won't incur charges if your VA didn't log any hours during that week. It's that straightforward.

While we have full confidence in the integrity and diligence of our VAs, it's advisable to monitor your VAs' logged hours closely on a weekly/monthly basis. Should you suspect any discrepancies or misconduct, please contact your Client Account Manager (CAM) promptly. Your CAM will promptly investigate and provide updates or resolutions as necessary.

Furthermore, if you need to update your billing details or encounter any changes, please don't hesitate to reach out to your dedicated CAM for assistance.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges. You only pay for the services provided by your virtual assistant, based on the agreed-upon rate.
